In the introduction of Bob Proctor's book You Were Born Rich an interesting statement is made...
"Most people are extras in their own movie" - Bob Proctor
WOW!!! That's a bit harsh don't you think?

But when you really stop and take a moment to digest it, the analogy is so true.

Struggling with Expectations

I know that for a fact. In my own life (much like in yours I'm sure) I was born into a sea of expectations. My family wanted me to go to college; then after college they thought I should have a job and move out on my own. And on it went. I was fighting an uphill battle of other people's expectations that I couldn't win.

If you graduated just after the housing bubble popped, like I did, I am sure you can relate. I couldn't make the economic downturn swing up just for me.

Yes, I am not ashamed to say that I wallowed in self-pity.
